Heritage Christian Fellowship, Alum Creek, West Virginia, is an Interdenominational Christian church. We believe in the necessity of following the example of Acts 2:42 "They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Feeling the void left by the loss of community in the world, HCF emphasizes fellowship as the most effective means of communicating God's Word and growing true Christian unity. It is only fair to state that if you seek a typical religious setting, new or old style, there are many, many groups available which can 'fill the bill' better than HCF. If you are looking for a casual atmosphere and are not offended by the lack of formality and religious rigidity, then perhaps you'll enjoy the comfortable, at home environment of HCF. Dress leisurely, bring your coffee mug and Bible, and share with us in our fellowship experience. Learn more...
The Codex Sinaiticus is the oldest known copy of the Christian Bible. The British Library says the full text of the Codex Sinaiticus will be available to Web users by July 2009, digitally reconnecting parts that are held in Britain, Russia, Germany and a monastery in Egypt's Sinai Desert.
